In the four part course – Lymphatic Biodynamics – you will receive the training to become a Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist.
Lymphatic Biodynamics provides students with an understanding of the lymphatic system and the skills to facilitate healing and improved flow in this important part of the immune system. Our biodynamic students will learn through a combination of lecture and hands-on practice as well as reading and homework assignments.
The techniques taught in Lymphatic Biodynamics can be applied in traditional or alternative healthcare organizations. This is a field of healing using specialized knowledge to support immune health delivery problems. Healing of the lymphatic system can be a life-changing experience both for practitioners and clients.
Your lymph system is the waste disposal system of your body. Lymph nodes are an important component of the body’s immune system and help in fighting infections. Fluid from the lymphatic vessels eventually feeds into the veins in the body. These cells are mainly lymphocytes, which produce proteins that capture and fight viruses. A slow flowing lymph system can be vulnerable to infections, inflammations or even cancer.
Anger or repressed feelings creates stress that blocks the life-giving flow of lymphatic fluid that keeps our immune system working properly. A manual lymph drainage specialist can train clients to activate the lymph circulation throughout the body for optimum physical and mental health. A Manual Lymph Therapist can use and teach clients many techniques for wellness that can support their bodies with an increased capacity to fight off diseases.
A manual lymph therapist is a valuable member of any healing team! In this course, you will be taught skills that increase immune system capacity for clients within any traditional or alternative health setting.
