For me, becoming the owner of the School of Inner Health is a turning point, a direction that I had never considered until one magical moment last September when the path became illuminated. Owning a school is also a culmination of the last 20 years during which time I have learned and built the skills to be an effective practitioner and teacher, and now will have a place from which to teach and share what I know and love and expand to include learning opportunities that I value and consider essential in today’s world.
I fell in love with Somatic Experiencing and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy in 1996 because when I put my hands on others, I felt in them the movement of a larger intelligence that is present, powerful and transformational. From that point on, bodies became my medium, and 20 years later they still are. I believe in the value of hands-on experience. I think we can only really know what we know by touching it and being moved by it. When our inner experience is recognized by those we love and interact with, we experience coherence and fulfillment.

The School of Inner Health, SIH is a private occupational school approved and regulated by the State of Colorado. The school currently has approved curricula for Aromatherapy, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Lymphatic Therapy. We are planning to expand the curriculum in multiple directions in the coming years. Proposed new classes include Advanced Craniosacral classes, classes on the social nervous system and relational field, how to embody your beliefs and act upon them, and classes for caregivers and family members dealing with an aging loved one. We intend to have classes that are applicable to professional in a multitude of healthcare and people-oriented professions.
