In September 2025, Carey will launch the BOMT Program worldwide, expanding her legacy of transformative care.

Carey humbly credits her early mentorship with the Native American Church and the Shawnee people for planting the seeds of her osteopathic journey over 25 years ago. Today, she balances her thriving professional life with her passions as a mom, partner, artist, writer, beekeeper, and global educator.

With over 20 years of experience, Carey Benenson has earned worldwide recognition for her groundbreaking contributions to her work published on Long Covid and in the biodynamic field by bringing a full spectrum approach to care through osteopathic manual therapy. Known for her innovative and multidimensional approach, Carey brings her expertise in both biomechanical and biodynamic techniques to support clients facing chronic conditions, including autoimmune disorders, long haul syndromes also including Lyme disease, and CIRS.

Due to popular demand, we are thrilled to announce an additional course in Denver, graciously hosted by the well-rooted School of Inner Health. This exclusive opportunity allows participants to learn the unique Three Bodies Method™, a comprehensive approach to care blending classical and modern hands-on techniques to address the neuroendocrine, cardiorespiratory, gastrointestinal, urogenital, and lymphatic systems.

What You’ll Learn:
Participants will gain a deep understanding of supporting the structural, fluidic, and energetic including techniques for nerves, arteries, veins, and the glymphatic system. This deep dive in-person practicum also integrates visceral lengthening stretches, facial streaming, and Continuum Movement®-inspired practices stemming directly from teachings from Emilie Conrad, the founder of Continuum.

Through expert-guided anatomy and physiology meditations, participants will explore European approaches to care and how the systems of the human body are reflected in the rhythms of nature. This course offers both depth and accessibility, welcoming practitioners at all levels who seek effective tools for addressing acute and chronic disorders.

This popular class also serves as the prerequisite for the BOMT (Biodynamic Osteopathic Manual Therapeutic) Techniques Program, a hybrid online and in-person training launching globally in Fall/Winter 2025.
