Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

In the first module of our Biodynamic Craniosacral certification course, we meet and explore the dynamic nature of health and wellness. We begin to shift our perspective to one of beauty and wholeness, and from there make contact with the Intelligence in ourselves and each other. This is the basic intention of this work: to meet and amplify the Health that exists in all of us, and in every conditional experience.

In this module we will begin to learn and practice many essential skills that will be continuously practiced throughout the full course, and can shape our interactions both inside and outside the classroom.

Class explorations in module one and beyond will include:

  • How to be present with ourselves.

  • What is Neutrality and how do we become and maintain it?

  • How to recognize our impact on anoth

  • What are the qualities of create dynamic and safe relationships  that have both boundaries and presence?

  • How do we make contact in a way that also gives the client enough space to have their process without managing us?

Students will be introduced to how the body takes shape and the formative forces that create it in the womb, and how these forces are still shaping each of us every day. We will discuss how these forces exist in the natural world and begin to explore them in our our own bodies. In so doing begin to shift our perception to the continuous unfolding that is life.
